Moved to Milwaukee in the late 80s for work and then to Miami for the same. Came back to Minneapolis for a few years and was transferred to Cincinnati with my work until 2000, when I was transferred to Chicago and ultimately back to Minneapolis in 2003. Whew!
Married Jeff Kahl from Rosemount in 1992, who very patiently relocated time and again with my work.
After moving back to Minnesota, we purchased a home in Cottage Grove, where we lived until we downsized with the idea of buying a second home in Maui. This has been a long-standing goal of ours, and we frequently travel there. Update- the ship sailed! We now have a second home on the gulf.
Currently working for Timberland Partners in Edina as the SVP of Property Management, where I oversee $4 billion of residential real estate across 18 states. I have been in this industry for nearly 40 years and still find something new and exciting in my work every day.
I will retire in December of 2025 and will split my time between Hastings and our home in Port Charlotte.
